Compact sealed-box speaker from famous USA manufacturer, Acoustic Research AR
These AR28s model woofers have 8" AR drivers
Tweeter is a 1" dome with square tweeter surround, one was repaired using genuine USA sourced parts
The crossover is minimal, just a single capacitor and an air coil inductor
Includes jack type speakers connection
Cabinets are generally good with small cigarette burn on top of one speaker, some small holes in cloth
Tight and punchy sound, designed to work best on stands, or in bookshelf mode : up against a wall.
