The centre speaker is the most important speaker in a home theatre system. Up to 90% of movie sound is reproduced through the centre speaker, because most of the dialogue as well as most of the action occurs in the centre of the picture.
Due to it’s placement, a centre speaker should be discrete, but it must be able to provide a full range of frequency response. In order to develop a small speaker that could meet these requirements with full power, we had to use a rather esoteric technique : Avantek Two is equipped with one 5.25" shielded woofer and 1" shielded tweeter
In addition, another passive 5.25" woofer means more and deeper bass than most centre speakers of its size
The included stand allows the Avantek two to be directed correctly whether mounted above or below the monitor TV, also a choice of grey or black front grilles and original packing box make this the complete package
